To Register With Liberty Girls Lacrosse
Club:
Simply Print a page from each of the bars on this
page, fill it out with the help of your
parents/guardians, and hand it in to one of the
coaches, or bring them to the next meeting or
practice. For 2009, dues are $100,nonrefundable
after the first two weeks of practice, and checks
are to be made to "Liberty Girls Lacrosse Club".
There is an understood agreement to fully
cooperate with all fundraisers. Some fundraisers
will have minimum sales limits or you may owe
buy-out. All players are required to hand in all
signed forms in order to participate with our club.
